Days when you dressed me for school to till date when you force me to gulp the glass of bournvita
Dad are Dads partial always for their daughters.
From the strict checks to the merciful permissions.
The perfect performance to overlook any fault.
For whom I am the most gorgeous women on earth.
And yes, that says it all.
The world goes for a toss on my slightest sneeze.
And you understand, I don’t wana share it with you this time.
But still you are there, without showing your presence
At times I feel it, at times it just goes by.
And so it’s always a misery who’s the one who pretends & fly
Time changes & so does my priorities, but you are the one who stick by.
You try to change as per me, but I am the one who doesn’t identify.
Your concern kills me with guilt & space with evasion.
Dono how to rectify.
Superb is this feeling of unconditional love
But I just anticipate, I deserve to justify.
Happy Teachers Day Papa!

7 years: My Dad knows a lot -- a whole lot.
8 years: My father does not know quite everything.
12 years: Oh well, naturally Father does not know that either.
14 years: Oh, Father? He is hopelessly old-fashioned.
21 years: Oh, that man-he is out of date!
25 years: He knows a little bit about it, but not much.
30 years: I must find out what Dad thinks about it.
35 years: Before we decide, we will get Dad's idea first.
50 years: What would Dad have thought about that?
60 years: My Dad knew literally everything!
65 years: I wish I could talk it over with Dad once more.
